I used up all my internet, so I decided to buy a gigabag and it removed all my minutes and texts.

So I topped up after using all additional Internet, and not its not letting me access and of my minutes and texts?
Can someone point me in the right direction please.

@masonstorm, hi there, you can only have one goodybag at a time if you start another goodybag early you will lose any remaining allowance in your last bag. You cannot add to goodybags.

Hi there @masonstorm
Yes thats correct and once you choose the option to start a new goodybag or gigabag early, before your expiry date, you Lose any remaining Allowance that you may currently have on your Existing goodybag / gigabag allowance, its only possible to have One Package running at a time per month.
A giffgaff agent May at there discretion, refund a live/active goodybag or gigabag bought by mistake.
If you've Activated your sim within the last 30 days, or NOT used Any or little of your Allowance.
An agent May remove it for you ,and refund the credit back to your Account, so you'll then need to Manually buy your new goodybag using your Airtime Credit to pay for your new goodybag, see here http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Solve-your-questions/Can-I-buy-a-goodybag-gigabag-with-my-existing-...

Please remember to put as much information as you can regarding your Mistake ,and then ask a giffgaff agent for a refund here https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/cancel_queued_goodybag

Please remember that a response may take up to 24hrs during busy periods, but should be much sooner in most cases.

You'll also receive a text from giffgaff confirming your refund, so you'll just need to login to your account and buy your new goodybag.

Its ONLY possible to have One Package running at a time per Month and its ONLY possible to Cancel an Active goodybag or gigabag if you have less than 5 minutes talk time or 5 MB of data left in your goodybag or gigabag allowance.
Please Be Aware that, if you Do choose to Start a New goodybag or gigabag Early, before your expiry date, you'll Lose Any Remaining Allowance that you May currently have on your Existing goodybag / gigabag allowance.

Once your Call Allowance is Down to 5 minutes or if you Have Less than 5 MB of remaining Data, you'll see the Option to Start a New goodybag Early on your Dashboard here https://giffgaff.com/dashboard

Once you Have chosen the Option to start Your New goodybag Early, you May just Need to turn your Device OFF and On again thanks.

Thankyou for this information. Could you point me in the right direction of how I can Decitvate the remaining gigabag? So I can start using my minutes and texts now?

That's brilliant. I've got around 32mb of Internet left in the gigabag!
So I'll just keep refreshing and wait for that option.

U can't add data to a goodybag, u can buy new goodybag early when u less than 5mb data or 5mins of calls, gigabags r meant for ipads and dongles, https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Solve-your-questions/Guide-to-queued-goodybags/ta-p/3513321 , u need ask agent nicely if they will refund your gigabag so u can buy goodybag to replace your gigabag with goodybag, it's upto them but worth a try, agents take upto 24hrs to reply
