I've lost my SIM card

Hy People,

Help me please... I've lost my SIM card and I want to order another one but with the same number, somebody knows how to make a new SIM??? Thx a lot✌

@valeriaa, hi there,  if you have NOT reported your sim lost you can order another sim then do a sim swap you will keep your number and goodybags etc.

Please follow this link http://giffgaff.com/support/lost to report your SIM/Phone lost/stolen. Once reported giffgaff will send out a replacement SIM first class to the address found under your details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/details . The replacement SIM will have still have your current number , any active allowances .e g bundle(goodybag/gigabag) and/or airtime credit. Once the SIM arrives you will need to activate it online here http://giffgaff.com/activate-sim .

If you don't receive the replacement SIM after a week i suggest you ask a agent to investigate. To contact a giffgaff agent please follow this https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/sim_not_received link. As agents deal with many queries, it can take up to 24 hours to get a reply, but usually you get a reply in a couple of hours.
