I want A PAC code to transfer my number from giffgaff
Thanks for visiting the community forum!
Your PAC code will be displayed on your dashboard page of My giffgaff - This will be valid for 30 days from the date of requesting this, So please ensure to use this before it expires (Otherwise you will need to get a New one) You will be sent an SMS (text message) to your phone which will contain your PAC code and should be received within 2 hours.
Ensure to delete any credit or debit card details and turn off any recurring goodybags/auto topups on your giffgaff account here: Payment details page
Any further queries and if you experience problem's with obtaining your PAC code, Then, I would advise speaking with a giffgaff agent. Whom will be more than happy to help you further with your query here: Contact a giffgaff agent
A giffgaff agent will usually reply within 24 hours from receiving your message. However, They can be much quicker at less busy periods. (The Agents hours are 8am to 10pm 7 days a week) And you will find their message here: Agent replies
Your sim will be deactivated as soon as your number has transfered over to your NEW network provider. Any remaining allowances, Goodybags, Airtime credit or Payback will be lost. Your giffgaff 'username' will remain open should you ever wish to return to giffgaff at a later date and you wish to use the same username, All you will need to do, Is simply activate a NEW giffgaff sim card, Prior to transfering any mobile number from another network provider back to giffgaff.
Dial 43431 to ask for your code, which incidentally will remain valid for 30 days after which it will simply expire if not used ......or......
