I would like to stop my reoccurring goodybag as my internet does not work at all. What shall I do?

I have a reoccurring goodybag of £10 a month which should include unlimited text, free giffgaff to giffgaff, 500 minutes, and 1gb of internet. But this month my internet has not worked at all and I am very disappointed. Therefore I would like to stop my reoccurring goodybag today.

Before you go, just try putting in the correct internet settings and see what happens.

 

APN (internet) settings are always a source of frustration and often people think they have put them in correctly but have made a small mistake that they just cannot see no matter how hard they look.

If they were not added to your phone automatically you can do it yourself:

Select Add new APN and then carefully enter these:

Connection Name: giffgaff
APN: giffgaff.com
Proxy: Not set
Port: Not Set
Username: giffgaff
Password: [leave blank]
Server: Not set
MMSC: http://mmsc.mediamessaging.co.uk:8002
MMS proxy: 193.113.200.195
MMS port: 8080
MCC: 234
MNC: 10
Authentication Type:"PAP or CHAP"
APN type: default,supl,mms
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO type: IMSI
MVNO value: 23410x

Turn the phone off/on and see what happens.

To use internet, first check oyu have 3G/4G coverage at status.o2.co.uk

 

Then follow these guides to set up internet, just follow the guide for your phone:
