I have been sent an email from the loan company saying I cannot have a phone, my mum set my giffgaff up so therefore her details are on it but ive now changed it to my bank account. I tried for a monthly phone but it's been declined how can I come across this ? Can I make a new account up and have same email etc....?
Whilst RateSetter do an unrecorded (soft) check with the credit reference agencies, I would expect them to note the failure for their own purposes, and they may consider that the the new application is really the same as the original one.
I would suggest you get a loan from someone else, even if the interest rate is higher.
