If purchase a goodybag one day and bbm add on the next day will they both work?

I accidentally pressed just the goodybag so now I want a bbm add on as well I just wanted to know if it's still possible to do.

The way you buy the BB add-on has changed. You now select goodybag + add-on in one click.

If the goodybag you've just bought has gone live, there's nothing you can do until you buy the next one.

You can only purchase the BlackBerry add-on in combination with a goodybag at time of purchase. The BlackBerry add-on can be recured along with the goodybag. If you choose not to recur your BlackBerry add-on and goodybag, you will need to purchase them manually every month.



If you have confirmed your goodybag purchase without the BlackBerry add-on unfortunately you will have to wait until the next month as live goodybags cannot be modified or cancelled.

The BB add on cannot be purchased on its own so needs to be bought with a goodybag. Since you've bought a goodybag already without the add on you'll need to wait until next month to get the BB add on.

In the meantime you'll be unable to access the internet using your normal BlackBerry browser and use BBM services. To bypass the browser restriction download the Opera Mini browser

Hello there and welcome to the community.
For Blackberry devices,using firmware before BB10,you need to purchase the Blackberry ADD ON,to access Blackberry services,Including emails/browser/internet.
 
*You need to buy this at the exact same time as a goodybag and it can NOT be added part way through,AFTER buying a goodybag,Unfortunatley*.
 
If you have,these settings will work.
If NOT,you now need to wait for your current goodybag to expire, and make sure that you buy both goodybag and add on,at the same time,next time around Unfortunatley,but dont worry.
 
Here's an alternative for you to use,if you have NOT  purchased the Blackberry ADD ON,at the same time as your goodybag.

From the Home screen,click onto Options.

Click on -Advanced Options TCP.

Type in the APN

Password-password (yes,just enter the word,password).

Press the Menu key,and select Save.

For O/S 6 and 7 devices *9900*9800 *9860 *9360.

From the home screen,Select-Options.

Select-Device Advanced System Settings.

Select-TCP/IP

Type in the APN

Username - giffgaff

Password - password ( yes,just enter the word, password).

Press the BB Menu key,thenselect Save.

Now download "OPERA MINI" from below using WiFi,if you can).
