Incorrect number after transfer

Hi, this is a bit of an odd question but my boyfriend and I have both transferred to Giffgaff & have both moved our numbers over from O2. Everything works fine but one problem, the transfer was completed about 3 weeks ago, but when he sends me a text the message comes from the disused giffgaff number. Phone calls come through correctly and the correct number comes up on everyone else's phone.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

sounds like a fault on his port. You need to raise a case with the agents who will pass it to the tech team to resolve. At least most of the functionality seems to be working Smiley Happy

It seems to be an incomplete port you need to contact an agent - Ask an agent

Sounds like maybe the port got stuck You could try switching the phone off for an hour but I'm guessing this will be an issue for the agents

Easy just contact an agent they will investigate & resolve!
