If that's incorrect then you need to ask an agent about it here

Agents can take up to 24 hours, in the worst case, to reply. You will see when an agent has replied in the "Messages: From Agents" box which is half way down the right hand side of your "My Giffgaff" page or go here

Yeah this is an agents department, most likely a computer error that can be fixed easily Smiley Happy can take up to 24hrs, but I found them to be much quicker than this for me!

have you checked your bank account or just checked on your phone ?
if you got the sim from another member and top up £10 giffgaff give you £5 free

should not take £15 from bank  if was 10£ selected or set bag to recur at £ an agent to this issue  had or if credit to account

Check payment history and your order history in your dashboard.. before contacting a giffgaff agent to double check whats happened
