I have a Nokia Lumia phone and my internet and MMS worked absolutely fine, until one day it just didn't work. I have checked the Network Setup app and giffgaff is selected. When I text settings to 2020, I get a message stating that I am receiving phone settings from a source it does not recognise and I have to enter a password to accept the changes, I only get 3 attempts at this password, does anyone know what it is?

I am not sure what the password is, but you can enter the settings manually. Follow the instructions at http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Settings-for-your-device/Windows-Phone-8-settings/ta-p/8962222 .
