Hi, do you already have an existing goodybag in place? If you do, you have to wait for it to expire.
However, if you have less than 5 minutes or 5MB left on your current goodybag, it is possible to activate your queued goodybag straightaway rather than having to wait for your current goodybag to expire.
Go to "My giffgaff", a new message will be available under your queued goodybag, click on this message to start the queued goodybag right now. The same operation is also available from the goodybag page.
The queued goodybag will immediately replace your active goodybag.
Please note that starting your queued goodybag early will remove any remaining allowance (data, texts, minutes) that you may have left on your active goodybag.

Before you go any further - make sure you have bought the correct "bag"...
Goodybags give you texts calls and internet - gigabags are for data / internet only and if you think this will increase your goodybag's internet then it won't - it will totally overwrite your goodybag and you will be left with internet only - no calls or texts.
If you have bought the wrong bag and need to cancel it - use this link to ask an agent to cancel it off.
But saying all of that - if you really do mean you want to start it early - once your current one goes down below 5Mbs you will be able to start it early on the dashboard - it will say something under the goodybag to click on to start it now.
