@alan1954 I like it so far. I didn't want a touch screen phone and the main reason for buying it is that I wanted another full length QWERTY keyboard phone like my old LG KS360, so the VM202 was a good choice for me. I wanted a phone that could quickly connect me to Twitter and Facebook too. But it has other things I've not bothered with before e.g. I can play music without the headphones, although it's not very loud. The bright pink and black design was a draw for me too!
The main problem is that it doesn't seem to be a very common phone because Virgin bought it from Alcatel, so finding things for it takes time and it is easier to look for stuff for the Alcatel OT-606. I want to buy a new screen protector (just the clear plastic type), but I can only find the original Alcatel version which is expensive compared to the generic options you can get for most other phones. I have a pdf version of the full size user manual if anyone wants a copy (Virgin only offers a brief online guide).
It was a bargain for £19.95 (Tesco online) imho.
