so I got a text from giffgaff saying I wasn't using 4g on my phone as I had payed so I was going to get £3 credit back so even though my iPhone 5 was on 4g I thought ok so I will go back to 3G now it's not sodding working 😡 and yes I have bought a 3G goody bag and changed my phone to 3G settings ...
and I still Haven't received my £3... Not happy at all help someone?!?!

Iphone 5 dosen't support 4g yes it is a 4g supported phone but Giffgaff dont support 4g on iphone 5


NOTE : make sure your phone is 4G capable phone , to check your phone go to link below

well for a start the iphone5 does not work on the O2/gg 4g network, as it does not have 800Mhz band 20 for LTE, you need to allow 24 hours for the changeover in your account settings, try restarting phone, refund may take upto 14 days

Your iPhone 5 cannot have been on 4G as it isn't supported for the O2 network.
I would thing due to the network and web issues over the weekend and presently that's caused a refund hold up. If you've got a live bag try turning off your phone and back on to force it to refresh the signal

Once you set it up you will be in 3g heaven.. if you want 4g, you will need another handset. Gg has some good ones, have a look and there all a reasonable price

Ok so why does my iPhone 5 say it has 4g on it!?.... Yes it is but I don't get why it didn't work I changed my settings going back to 3G as I never had any problems with it!..
