My Internet never seems to work after I top up with a 10 pound goodybag , why is this ????

LG , I've looked on the help page but I cant find anything on there to get the Internet

Hi there, this is because you need to enter the Internet settings for your device, you should try texting 'settings' to 2020. Or specify the device you have and model so we can help further. If both these options don't work you'll need to enter the following settings manually:

Manual Settings:

GPRS-3G Settings

Connection Name: giffgaff - GPRS
APN - Access Point Name:
Proxy Server Address:
Proxy Port:8080
Login - Username: giffgaff
Password: password
MCC: 234
MNC: 10
