'It has not been possible to connect your call'

Anyone offer an explanation for this? I checked the Service Updates board and couldn't see anything. My phone is showing plenty of signal bars and otherwise behaving normally, but anyone trying to call it (including me from my landline) gets the above error message. Outgoing calls do nothing, total silence after dialling. I'm on a goodybag that's good for another 9 days. Texting in either direction seems to be fine.

The goodybag may be good for 9 days but have you used up all your call credit?

 

EDIT: Although that shouldn't stop you from receiving calls.

O2 are showing everything normal in my area, status last updated at 1700hrs. Phone is an iPhone 4, incidentally.
