It looks like I have been debited twice on Saturday 6th August for my top up?

It may also be worth mentioning it to your bank provider to let them know , but i would say contact the agent first!

ile a claim here 

i would delete card details and do manually as it easier and only takes a minute to top up

this will be little more hassle but no duplicate payments.

Thank I have contacted an agent to check this out. I never run out of data and have to get a goody bag so early but think the payment has went wrong somewhere.
