Since your network has gone down I’ve been unable to go to work resulting in financial cost. I’m a delivery driver and rely on my network to provide me with an income. If this doesn’t get sorted in the next hour i’ll be up to £60 loss by the end of today close to £200. Who’s compensating me for this? I paid for my data and now I need it. I don’t want an apology as that doesn’t keep a roof over my head. I want to know how I’m being compensated for my loss of earnings today!

There will be NO compensation for consequential losses.

giffgaff, like EVERY other PAYG network, specifically exclude this in the T&Cs you agreed to when starting to use giffgaff.

Sorry, but you should never, ever, rely on a single PAYG network if communications are vital to you as network failures are a fact of life on ALL networks.
