Lost credit?

I topped up 10 quid before coming to Portugal.I got the confirmation text for it. I switched data off when I got here. I used 9.12MB before data went off. Thats 36p. I've made a few calls and texts. The tenner has disappeared but an amount similar to the previous balance remains. Any ideas anyone?

@dynam, hi there, good morning, check if you have any apps running in the background as this can eat your data as apps are constantly being updated, if not contact an agent they will help you with your inquiry
