Lost my sim and login details

Lost my sim and login details and have no way of getting them back as it was setup on my lost phone

 

I tried contacting an agent yesterday but somehow the whole transcation between the agent and I, has being completely deleted, plus he was not helpful at all. Does anyone else know how i can get my number back.

 

before i get asked stupid questions. Giffgaff doesn't allow to have two numbers on the same email address, which prompted me to open a new email just to set-up my other number, which i had transfered from a different network.

Hi  @mathews  You will need to contact a giffgaff agent & provide them with the following details:

 

Say you've forgot log in details

Name

Address

Mobile number

2 numbers you text and call the most

Email address

Agents can take upto 24 hours to reply but are normally quite quick.

first thing is to recover your log in details,see below
1. Log into your account and request to reset your password http://giffgaff.com/support/lost-password
2. Also If you have forgotten your member name, text "membername" to 43430 and we'll text you back.
3.If you can't remember which email address you used when you joined, text "forgotten" to 43430.
NOTE! A lot of personal details can be verified and/or modified under "My giffgaff", so never miss an occasion to go there.

One question, however did you inform gg that the phone is lost and have they blocked it for you phone/SIM?
Are they sending you a replacement SIM?
Depending on why you need to replace your SIM, this guide will show the best way to replace or receive a brand new one.
Note: Once a SIM has been barred all services will cease and tracking won't be possible, this also applies if you bar your phone. It may still be possible to track if your Wi-Fi is ON.
When you report your SIM as lost or stolen it is not possible to perform a SIM swap until this replacement SIM card arrives and is activated

Thank you for getting back to me so quick, however, I don't have access to the email address or the phone as it was all set-up to autofill on my phone, I never wrote any of the stuff down and I have tried pretty much all my password combinations with the mobile number but still not allowing me to log in and I have no way of knowing what the email address is either, so I can't reset the password to the account either

Ok sounds like the best thing to do is to start again with another account, username and password a different email account.
TO GET UP AND RUNNING AGAIN QUICKLY ...
You can buy a GG SIM from your local ...Iceland, Poundland, Sainsbury, Tesc, Asda for approx etc £1)
then Click here to get started activating it https://giffgaff.com/activate then follow the instructions

NOTE *It can take up to 24 hours to fully activate your SIM
* turning your phone ON and OFF during the process will speed up connection to the GG network
* You can check the status of the SIM activation by logging into your gg account here http://www.giffgaff.com/dashboard When the SIM is fully activated, your new mobile number will be displayed on your dashboard as well as your current goodybag and/or Top Up Credit balance
