Lost phone and sim

I’ve lost my phone and sim, I really want to keep my number is there anyway to block my lost sim?

Yes , follow this http://giffgaff.com/support/lost link report them. You will be presented with the option to report both the SIM/Phone lost/stolen. This will block your phone being used on any network in the UK.

If you find your phone again, you will need to contact an agent to get it unlocked. Once reported a bar will be placed on the SIM and/or Phone to prevent anybody from using it.

A replacement SIM will be sent out first class to the address provided under your details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/details#address

The SIM sent out will still have your active mobile number and any active allowances e.g. goody-bag and/or airtime credit balance.

Once the SIM arrives activate the SIM card here http://giffgaff.com/activate-sim

If you report your phonesim as lost/stolen here http://giffgaff.com/support/lost a replacement sim with the same number would be sent out to you, and this will be the only sim that you can activate on your account,
