Lost phone can i get my number back?

Hi this is a friends account I'm using to ask for help. I've lost my phone. 

I got my gg sim years ago when u could only get them online and no shops had them so I being payg I made up the details when registering and had it sent to an adress I could retrieve it from at the time. Now I've lost it. Is there any way I can get it back? I remember limited details to the account and thus can't log in to "my own account".

@johnallen33 inquire with the agents about it via any topic in list then use the how can we help box and explain the issue given your full name address mobile number last time topped up by what method and how much plus any other email address you have access to via here please contact the agents

You can order a replacement SIM along with reporting lost and stolen by login onto your giffgaff account from here: http://giffgaff.com/support/lost

 

On completing the replacement form above you'll be given the choice to either "Bar SIM only" or "Bar SIM and Handset" so please ensure you only click on the "Right Option".


The replacement SIM will take up to 1-3 working days to arrive. Once arrived then all you need to do is login onto the account and activate it from here: https://giffgaff.com/activate-sim 


The activated replacement SIM will have the same number, credit and goodybag validity date will remain the same.

If you can’t remember your original account login details, go here: https://giffgaff.com/support/lost-password

Enter your mobile number in the field, and choose to send your password reset link by email.

You will need to remember and have access to the email address with which you registered the SIM with.

Order a new SIM to yourself (you can do this from your friend's account): https://giffgaff.com/orders/free-sim

Once you are logged into the correct giffgaff account and have the new SIM, then follow the 'SIM swap' instructions: https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Using-giffgaff/What-is-SIM-Swap/ta-p/7320084
