My dad has lost his phone which has a recurring top up , which automatically tops up every month.

Yes, simply login with your dad login credentials and under the payment details page here stop any recurring goodybag or/and auto topup. If your dad wishes to have a replacement SIM then he can simply follow this link to report both the phone/SIM lost/stolen. Once reported a replacement SIM will be sent out first class to the address found under your details page here . It takes between 2-3 working days for replacement SIM to arrive, and he need to activate it online when it arrives by clicking this link .

If your dad dones't receive the replacement SIM after a week, then i suggest you raise a support ticket with a giffgaff agent. To contact an agent follow the link below , please note agents may take up to 24 hrs to reply to any queries.
