Yes, simply follow this link http://giffgaff.com/support/lost to report your SIM/Phone lost/stolen. Once reported giffgaff will send out a replacement SIM first The new replacement SIM will have still have your current number , any active allowances.
It should take no more than 2-3 working days for your new SIM to arrive, and will require you to activate it online when it arrives by clicking this link http://giffgaff.com/activate-sim .
If you don't receive the replacement SIM after a week, then i suggest you raise a support ticket with a agent to investigate. To contact an agent follow the link below https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/sim_not_received , please note agents may take up to 24 hrs to reply to any queries.
