I’ve lost my sim and my goody bag has not been finished what do I do ?

Hi @dalllia

If you have lost your SIM card follow this link to report it lost/stolen. Once reported giffgaff will send out a replacement SIM first class to the address found under your details page here . The replacement SIM will have still have your current number , any active allowances .e g bundle(goodybag/gigabag) and/or airtime credit. It typically takes 2-3 working days for your new SIM to arrive, you'll need to activate it online when it arrives by clicking this link .

If you don't receive the replacement SIM after a week, please contact an agent. A giffgaff agent can be contacted by following this link , please note during busy times a giffgaff agent can take up to 24 hours to respond to your query.

An agent reply can be found in the "Messages from Agents" box that is located on your "My Giffgaff" page or follow this link to access it directly.

hello if you have spare sim just do sim swap
All newgiffgaff SIMs are 'trio' SIMs (Mini/Micro/Nano in one just push out the bit that you need to fit your phone) and are 4G/3G/2G compatable.

you will need to perform a simple SIMswap.

SIMswap does not work between 21:30 and 04:30 each day.

Your current number and any goodybag / credit will transfer as part of the process.

Don't forget to back up any contacts on your SIM as these do not transfer as part of the process.

Order a new SIM from your dashboard.

When you receive your new SIM, do a SIM swap.
