Hi delioarmanli, welcome to the giffgaff community

I agree 10 min to connect to google is unacceptable.

Can I get you to check to see if there are any outages in the mobile network where you are

Please enter your postcode at  http://giff.ly/ggservice

Also try performing a manual roam (selecting network manually)

http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/giffgaff-Top-Tips/Manual-Roam/td-p/3345471

Remember to select the giffgaff 3G network!

You dont have to rechange your APN settings because your mobile data is indeed working, just slow.

I hope this resolves your issue and you get regular speeds again.

Happy giffgaffing =)

what do you have next to your signal: is it G, E, 3G or H ?

maybe you turned off 3G by mistake in your settings?

Firstly check the signal in your area to look for any faults
with the network. You can do so by visiting this website
www.bit.ly/ggservicestatus

If everything is okay with the signal in your area then you
should try a manual roam which will update your connection
with the network. Click on this link to view how to do a
manual roam http://is.gd/manualroam

Check the o2 network status and coverage in your local area to see if there is any ongoing maintenance. Type in your postcode here: o2 status: http://bit.ly/o2status

 Or Giff.ly/ggservice

If there are no reported issues, try a Manual Roam: Connection issues such as this can be fixed with a 'Manual Roam'. This basically means disconnecting from the network and then re establishing a new connection. Click on the link below and follow the easy steps on how to carry out a Manual Roam on your device: See this; http://is.gd/manualroam

Hi deliormanli95 , and welcome to the giffgaff community,

Try the following steps

Check to see if there are any issues or outages with the nework signal where you are: http://www.bit.ly/ggservicestatus

If network signal is fine you can try manual roam to see if that helps http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/giffgaff-Top-Tips/manual-roam/td-p/3345471

if you have an iphone try turning airplane mode on and then off.

If you still having issues turn your handset off and back on.
