I can't use my mobile hotspot, it's telling me to contact my service provider but there is no customer service for GiffGaff. What should I do? Any opinions? Or advice? Thanks.

What phone is it?

(If it's an iPhone, have you performed a carrier update recently? Your phone should show giffgaff as the carrier, not O2)

Hi there
@jordythomas97
Are you on a goodybag with unlimited internet? It is 'unauthorized usage to tether using the £12, £15, or £20 goodybags. I would advise taking this up with an Agent. Click this link:

http://giffgaff.com/support/ask

Fill in as much detail as you can.
Agents take up to 24 hours to respond.

I hope this helps

WiFi hotspots provided by shops / hotels / etc require you to open your phone's web browser and provide some details before you can use them.
