Mobile Internet is not working any more, still have data in the goody bag, and I am in location wher

Still have data remaining 300+ mb in the goody bag (refreshed the page many times) and I am in a location where I have always had signal and there are no current outages, any ideas? I checked with *100*7# and only reports my remaining minutes, is this normal? Should it report the remaining data too?

Ok... I feel so sorry for wasting your time, I had my data turned off Smiley Sad it was all my mistake! Sorry everybody! Had to enable data under network, I am not sure how I turned that off!

your online dashboard / app may not yet have updated, log out, clear browser history and cookie cache (or app cache if on phone), log back in and check again

Dialling *100*7# doesn't show your remaining data allowance, you'll need to check your remaining data allowance on your dashboard here https://giffgaff.com/dashboard
Also try turning your device OFF and On again and see if that helps.

Try to remove the sim card from your phone then replace it this will force your phone to reboot bk to the network

Thanks guys, I tried the reboot with sim remove, and it didn't help. I checked the dashboard o different browser and shows the same, also with the gg app, shows the same and last updated time is just a few minutes ago. Not sure what else to try really...

Is the mobile data not working at all, or can you get onto www.giffgaff.com but not any other site?

My Mobile is down too. No signal at all. I'm in Rothbury Northumberland it's been of for about 48 hours now. Am i right in thinking Giffgaff is via O2 as I think there service is also down? Do I need to do anything?
