My data internet not working

I’ve just topped up my goody bag for always on data (£25) and now I have no data internet.

Hiya @brill28

Please makesure you have your data turned on.

If it is then please turn your phone off then back on again Turn right off by doing a long press.

Then turn it back on again and that should do the trick.

also try a manual roam

I’ve tried turning phone off and on, the service is fine in my area and so is coverage. It worked fine yesterday before I renewed my goody bag.

Hi, and you can make calls and send texts?

which phone do you have?
Do you see a connection symbol,
(3G, 4G, H, E, gprs)
Next to the signal bars?

Call 43430 and press option 2
Do you hear that you have a live goodybag?
