My goody bag date

Hello there

Writting you regarding the dates for finishing my goodybag.

I've just moved to giffgaff the past 2nd of Octuber  -friday-, when the goodybag was starting, and if you remember there were at that point lots of problems to get everybody sim card activated, in such a way that I coundnt start to use my giffgaff number until the 5th of octuber -monday-, so it was a whole weekend without using it with all the problems that situation brings.... In any case I'm expecting the goodybag not to be finish by the 2nd of nowember, but moving that date to the 5th, so it should be a whole month/30 days for you providing the service as it should be.

It's impossible to extend a goodybag. Which one did you buy?

As an account related issue, you would need to contact an agent for them to consider your request

A goody bag last a month you can put on a queueing googy bag or set up direct debit from your bank it is your choice have nice day

When you post here you are not contacting giffgaff direct, you are talking to other giffgaff customers who can only provide advice.

This sounds like an account specific issue so contact an agent who has the authority to deal with it.
