My goodybag has not been updated but the money has gone out of my bank account.

@kathray54; dial *100*7# from your phone / device's keypad and observe the reultant message; it will display the free minutes' allowance and the expiry date of the currently active goodybag.

Please restart your phone to see if the goodybag kicks in. If restart the phone hasn’t helped dial the balance short codes below. By you dialling the balance short codes will give you your remaining minutes on the goodybag

1) *100*7# (goodybag minutes)

What does the balance short codes show? If your balance is showing 0 check your payment details page here to see if you was actual charged.
If no transaction is listed you will need to speak to a giffgaff agent - To contact a giffgaff agent you will need to use the “Ask an agent” form here

A giffgaff agent will try to get back to you as soon as possible however, during busy pe-riods an agent can take up to 24 hours to answer your posted question.

Any replies from a giffgaff agent can be found “Messages From Agents" box located on your "My Giffgaff" page, or the page can be accessed by following this

Try turning your phone off and on again.
Sometimes it doesn't show correctly on your account immediately. You should 'call' *100*7# from your phone for an accurate goodybag balance.

If this says 0 or that you don't have an active goodybag then contact an Agent about it here:
