My new goddie bag has not activated I can not make calls, checked my credit card details are ok

Has it been purchased but not applied? (It can take 24h) or just not purchased? Double check with your bank that they allowed the transaction to go through?
It can also be a browser issue so try a different browser maybe ?

Many thanks to everyone, I have found that thgis month it did not reocur stuck in processing.

 

Sorry my original post was a bit blunt, I was rather frustrated to find no call centre
