My phone is saying that i do not have enough credit when i call, but my account shows that i have

My phone is telling me  i do not have enough credit, but I was sure I had about 30 mins, My account confirms this?  Any ideas?

@twistedsparky06; dial *100# from your phone's keypad and observe the resultant message; the USSD code will display the current balance of your airtime credit.

Are you trying to call a number not covered by the goodybag allowance (e.g. short code, premium rate)? If you are you will need airtime credit.

Hi are you currently in the UK or abroad?
If you call 43430 and press option 2 do you hear you have minutes remaining?

What's the first 6 digits of the number you can't call?
