My sim is still not working

I have switched my phone on/off and I have been to the settings and changed network name and switched back to 02 I still can't call txt or use 3G.

Sim activation could take up from 30 minutes to 24 hours

How long has the sim not been working for?
Is it since you activated it? Or since you put in a new phone or since you've done a sim swap perhaps?

Is your account appearing active online?

Is your phone showing signal bars, O2-UK and 3G?
Or does it say no service or some other messages?

What does it say when you dial
*100*7# and *100#
