Your phone is locked to T-Mobile. You will need to get an unlock code, either from T-Mobile for £15 or from an independant unlocker.

Looks like your phone is still locked to t-mobile.

What phone do you have?

as has been said you need an unlocking code to get your phone off tmobile wich you should be able to get online

if you go to www.askjeeves.com and set it to uk only then type in how to unlock a mobile phone you should get a list of website that do this you will need to type in your phone make/modle and IMEL number as well as name email address (ETC)

ther is a smail charge I think it's from £1.99 dipending on the type of phone you have once you have sent your details off

you should get your code via email this can take upto 24HRS to complette simply type the code in when prmpted and you should

be ready make sure you use your GG sim whin you type the code in.Smiley Happy
