Have you texted the word NAME to 43430?
Did the text send?
Have you received a reply?
Is the username shown in the reply, the same or different to the account you're logged into?

Now saying sim registered, again, but no link to keep my number,, all I get is a stupid kid on a video,,

OK. Dialling *100# shows your sim is active. 

Now dial *100*7# 

What message do you see on your phone screen? Mention remaining minutes and expiry. 

Once you have this information check your purchase in your order history using the link below. Can you see your goodybag?

You're not giving feedback to that

Pkeasw try and do all the checks and answer all the questions I and other helpers are asking of you
The problem will be resolved much quicker

You're either logged into the wrong account or an account glitch is making your account appearing inactive
But as you're not responding to questions over the last few days, we're no further forward

If you see your remaining minutes, displayed on your phone screen, but see no goodybag in your order history using the link below then  you are not logged into the account associated with your sim.

Also when trying the wizard it says you must have an active sim? I have credit , can make calls etc? Just really struggling to keep my old number,,,

You should te rive a reply within 2 or 3 minutes with details of your correct username

Is it exactly the same username as the one you're logged into?
