Have topped up, now want to keep my old number, all i get is message below? iv activated sim etc,, may go back to EE just lost £10

That's why you can't see all your account details
And why you can't submit the transfer request

Is there a phone number to help with issues?  just topped up but no joy,,, prob put it down to experiance & go elswhere,,

 Unfortunately there is no customer service number on giffgaff just the community for first contact of help 

 

Have you tried rebooting your device and clearing your cache 

 

If still having trouble try here ⬇️

@chrisfreebird giffgaff is all online and there is no customer service number to call however you can message the agents (giffgaff staff) for account related issues) when you say you have topped up but no joy, has the money been taken and you haven't got the goodybag or credit or to you mean that you are unable to top up at all, when posting here please do not include personal/private information as the forum is public however if you need agent assistance contact them here

Hi, did you use a debit card or top up voucher to activate the sim?

When you clicked to pay, did the page indicate a successful payment?

Have you received an email from giffgaff confirming the activation with details of your new giffgaff number?

Is your sim actually working?
With the giffgaff sim in your phone
Dial *100*7# and press call
Do the same with *100#

What word or words do you see on the phone screen?

Thanks all it says is balance nought, cannot find the link to activate goodygag? god this is a long winded pain,,

Where are you seeing a zero balance?
Did you activate with a voucher?

Can you call 43430 from your giffgaff sim?
If so, press option 2
Do you hear that you have a live goodybag?
