NO CALLS/SMS IN FOR 7 DAYS

Awful service from this company!!!!,

 

No costumer service AT ALL.

 

Is being 7 days from my number transferred to GIFFGAFF and I'm missing all the calls and sms's. I'm in the middle of job and house hunting and I can't event use my number. I still awaiting for a solution. I don´t know what to do.

This is a TOTAL RUBBISH

as you are still having difficulties after 9pm of the transfer day then click on 'submit a private question link below and be sure to include the following information:

• Existing mobile number
• New mobile number
• Alternative contact number
• PAC code

Sorry you are facing all these troubles. But can i ask have you asked an agent. It could be a incomplete port.

when did you ask for your number to be transferred? you need to contact an agent to look into this for you. they should reply within 24 hours

I did ask to an agent from day one guys. They get back to me but I still having the problem. My old company say is giffgaff's fault and giffgaff say the opposite.
