Cannot get internet in my new sim, I have gone to APN settings and it is still not connecting to the internet

There are different causes which can explain that you can't use your mobile Internet connection right now. You can use this article to find what is causing this situation and how to solve it.

Removing the SIM card for 1 min then replacing it can automatically send the settings again.

Hi zumbika

What kind of phone have you got please ?. I would check it again just to make sure its correct and after that reboot the phone.

@zumbika, hi there,  if you have just activated your sim it can take upto 24 hours to fully activate just keep restarting your phone 📱 every now and then.
