Hi i have no giffgaf service since friday 4th and i wish there's easier way to report, instead going thru all forum and malaki.. i spent nearly 3hrs yesterday and today..i am disabled and can't seat for to many hours.. please can you sort it out for me thank you. And please e-mailed me. Thank you again

Try to remove the sim card from your phone then replace it and have a look at the service where you are for problems

According to the service checker you should be getting good service where you are.

Do you have an active goodybag or credit? Are there signal bars showing on your phone?

I switched the phone off for 10mins and It solved the problem. What ever was going on with my phone it solved..I don't know why I didn't think that before. 🙂
