Arghhh didn't Recieve the package I topped up yesterday still never received the package been over 24hours

Firstly i suggest checking your emails to see if everything has been processed. Then check your account to see if it has appeared on their. If not, contact and agent with your issue explaining whats happened and why.

Should never take this long ,,,, do email an agent and log in online to your giffgaff account to see for sure ,,, also def check that money has come out if the account you paid with

Diall *100*7#
For goody bag minutes
If paid but no minutes...
