I know if it was any other provider I would have to ring the premium phone link and wait for a "free" agent who would then go through the mundane task to proving you are you before even considering giving you the code.
Well done on introducing this change!

if you want your puk code click the help tab then scroll until you see something that says ask an agent and inbox, click ask an agent, ask them for your puk code and any info they will require, then slick submit, the next day go back to the help tab and go down to the ask an agent thing same as before but this time click inbox and they should have sent you your puk code

Yes, any time you like, but it would not involve a PUK, but a PAC is used to transfer the number, obtained from the old network with the wanted number and given to the new one
