Network busy - can't make or receive calls - Hove

Hi,

I haven't been able to make or receive calls for the last 2 days at my office in Hove, all I get is a constant engaged sound to any of the multiple numbers I try to call. My data is fine and I have good 4G signal. Is there an issue? Please advise.

It says you're carrying out upgrades to the network and should be back up 6pm tomorrow, that's still another 30 hours - it's already been down for more than that already! Is there a compensation process as I'm sure I won't get an extra 2 days calls on my goody-bag?
