Network problems at Cv7

Hi we cage a network problem at Cv7 area we don't have net work at all pls solve this as an matter if agent thanks

Hi @hla

I have used the following link to check your network status for you-
https://giffgaff.com/coverage-and-service#network

It shows that:

"Our Network modernisation programme to improve 2G and 3G coverage and roll out 4G has reached this area. It does mean that you may experience intermittent service on your mobile device while our engineers 'do their thing'.

We’re sorry about that, but we’ll do our best to minimise any impact to your signal."

This might be the reason why your network does not work. Have you tried to turn off your phone and then on again.

Also if I may ask do you have credit or a goodybag data allowance? Have you tried the data in another area?

Hello it's not about having data there is no bile network please do some it'd inconvenience we loosing all our important calls

I know it might sound bad but it seems like there is improvements being put in place in your area.
