What is going on with this network. Slow internet and loss signal in the same spot I’ve used this phone in years and over last few months it gets worse by the day. Yet check works in progress etc and says nothing wrong. Really getting a joke now 😡
I recommend the following to further narrow down the problem: • Network / mast issue Try to verify with other local O2 / giffgaff users around you if they are experiencing similar problems
• SIM issue Test your giffgaff SIM in another unlocked phone. If the same SIM exhibits the same issues in multiple devices, then you may have a faulty SIM. Your existing phone number / goodybag / credit get transferred to the new SIM so you don't lose anything.
• Phone issue Test different known working SIMs in your phone. If all SIMs perform poorly in the same device, then there could be a potential problem with your handset.
