Say I have £5 credit in my O2 sim and I transfer my number to a Three SIM.. would the £5 credit transfer to the Three sim??

No every network has its terms and are not carried across. The only thing you can carry across is your number using PAC code and your phone.

There's absolutely no way you can transfer credit from one network to another, and when you port out you'll lose the credit if the credit is on the account you're porting out of. Smiley Wink
