New Sim Help - Sony Z3 Connects to network but no access

Hi I've got a new sim with a goodybag I have been through the apn settings twice and i can see it connects to the network and shows 4g


Whenever i browse for a website on chrome it loads the giffgaff homepage like it wants me top up or something


Dont understand whats going wrong because I have a goodybag active, also unable to make calls says conditional forwarding or something

Do you have an active goodybag? Dial *100*7# to check
Do you have credit? Dial *100# to check
Are there local service issues? Please enter your FULL postcode here to check
Was your SIM working previously?
Is your phone unlocked (or at least locked to O2)?
Have you tried the SIM in another (unlocked) phone?

You could try rebooting your phone . It does sound like a network or account issue though. I would contact an agent ASAP.

*100*7# shows not active have rebooted a fee times

Have contacted agent looks like Goodybag has not applied properly or something

Agent can take up to 24 hours to reply
