New member at a complete loss

I have swapped over to GG today from 02. 9am my GG sim card was activated yet, Ive had no mobile internet all day, no emails and I cant send any picture messages even through iMessenger. 

 

Does anyone know whats going on? I havent even got the number I ported over yet, and I filled the form in friday morning for it to be done today. I am still on a temporary GG one Smiley Sad

 

Can anyone shed any light?

it might not be fully activated yet

 

but you could try texting settings to 2020

Hi pies, is your o2 sim inactive? If yes then the port is in progress, as ports come in several stages and sometimes do take longer than anticipated. Please do wait until tomorrow and hopefully your number will be ported over by then. You can raise a case with an Agent if for any reason your port is not completed tomorrow.
