New plan not processing

I have just purchased a new goodybag as my data had run out and it still hasn’t processed. Payment has gone through with confirmation email but an hour later and still nothing. Any ideas?

Is there an option to start your goodybag early,if not,have you tried restarting your phone for the goodybag to kick in?

@bazstilinski24  try a simple restart of phone again to kick start it And see 

 

Also does it show as queued up here to start when current goody bag expires 

 

Remember it's one live goody bag at anytime unless low on data or calling mins follow this guide to 

 

start goody bag now

this can only be done if current goody bag is below 100 calling mins or 100 megabytes data 

 

also make sure recurring  goody bags are disabled here

Log out, wait a minute or two, log back in, your goodybag should now display as live here https://giffgaff.com/dashboard

Sometimes the app and our browsers don't refresh as quick as we'd like them to

Yes it had an option to but then says it has gremlins with transaction. Have also tried restarting phone on and off
