I've just joined giffgaff and activated my sim,but somehow managed to top up twice which one of the top ups was for my partners new sim how can I transfer the top up or sort out this?

Speak to an agent for REFUND issues:

Allow 24 hrs for a response, but usually much quicker.

@adele8410, hi there,  giffgaff don't transfer credit between accounts. 


Contact an agent as they are the only ones that can deal with your account 👇
Agents can take upto 24 hours to reply but are normally quite quick.
