New sim confusion

Hi

 

I was sent a new sim by my sister after she convinced me to switch to your network and am very happy with the speed that it arrived -24 hours!

 

I was told that I would get £10 free credit and this is what it says on the letter. When I try and activate it it says I need to top up at least 10 and will only get £ 5 free credit. I also have to do this before the end of the month.

 

The issue is that I still have nearly four weeks remaining on my old sim goody bag from theth so the credit is just going to go to waste.

 

Can you please extend the deadline until the end of September for me and confirm that when I top up I will get an extra £10 credit?
