New sim not working

Hi,  I received a new Sim today as the new phone (unblocked) I have now needed a different size sim to my other phone.  I inserted my sim, clicked on rreplace sim and keep my existing number and put the 6 digit code in offf the card.  I then paid for my goddie bag which is now saying on my account that it is activated, but still I cannot call or text on my phone and I am not sure what to do now?  Thanks for any help.

Does your old sim still work?
Does tour new sim work in tour old phone?
(adapt the sim by popping in the surround or surrounds to fit)

Does your phone / sim showing signal bars?
What does it say on the phone screen when you dial *100# and *100*7# ?

try switching phne off&on and see if that helps if not then gt in touch wth an agent sure they will help u.

If u get intouch with agent there is a problem with getting reply been like that since 30th sept, gg r trying to repair problem so keep checking your messages,
